Bathroom a little musty, and shower only. Would have helped to have a shower head I could take down.

Hayley & her family were marvellous, so welcoming & happy. We love the kiwi outlook, you made us feel so welcome & relaxed. You were always open to suggestions of improvement which was few. You always made suggestions of where to go & lovely meals. It is a long way from Aus but you made it feel like home xxxx

We had an amazing stay at this place! The beds were super comfy and spacious, and the rooms were well-lit and roomy. We were pleasantly surprised to find high-quality shampoos replenished daily, and even some delicious cookies as a delightful touch. This is hands down the best accommodation we've experienced during our trip. The location was central and convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. The laundry service provided was a great convenience, and the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and patio, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, with cookware and utensils, and the electric kettle came in handy. The flat-screen TV and alarm clock were appreciated, and the staff were always friendly and efficient. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

close to heritage town, easy walk to lakeside

Comfortable room and view. I was not well while there and staff went out of their way to provide for my care. (Collected medication from chemist and would not let me refund them and recommended a doctor). Would highly recommend the friendly service provided.

The owners were so cool and hooked us up with a sick upstairs studio. The room was spacious and clean, with a big TV and free Wi-Fi. Plus, we had killer views and could chill on the terrace. Totally recommend for skiing at Coronet Peak or Cardrona and hitting the Cromwell Golf Course.

The only thing we were missing was a lit party zone. It would have been dope if they had a club or a bar nearby where we could turn up and meet other young people.

The cups in the kitchen cupboard were filthy and needed a good clean. Bathroom heating inadequate as was very cold in bathroom when you showered. The heater cut out automatically and too soon.

This motel is located in a central area with easy access to attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom is big and convenient with separate toilet and shower. Service is friendly and helpful. the motel provides complementary cleaning and local newspaper.

Children from the daycare center next door could cause noise during the day.

As a family we look for affortable clean accommadation and the Gateway Motel looked great on the internet and it certainly lived up to this.We would most certainly stay in these motels again. The owner was very helpful and great to talk to.

I really liked the owners. The breakfast I ordered was incredible and hot. It was a lovely place to stay.

I would really have liked Sky tv. But not a biggy!
